We want you to be completely satisfied with your Brijnath Ayurved purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before requesting a return.

7-Day Return Window

We have a 7-day return policy - you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it - unworn or unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at brijnathayurved@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, items should be sent back to:

Please note: items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature, including:

  • Perishable and consumable goods (once opened or seal broken)
  • Personal care and Ayurvedic formulations (oils, syrups, capsules, powders) where the safety seal has been broken, for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances

Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for return.

If you have questions about whether your specific item qualifies, please contact us before placing your order or before initiating a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, and once that return is accepted, place a new order separately for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Razorpay/PayU - i.e., the card, UPI, net banking, or wallet used at checkout) within 7-10 business days of approval.
  • Actual credit timing beyond that can depend on your bank, card network, or UPI provider's own processing times.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, where applicable, will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI - we'll request your account details securely at the time of refund processing.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at brijnathayurved@gmail.com.

Payment Security

All payments on brijnathayurved.com are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant gateways - Razorpay and PayU. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.
