Returns & Refunds

At Brijnath Ayurved, our products include Ayurvedic formulations and other consumable wellness products. For hygiene, product-safety and quality-control reasons, all products sold on our website are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review product details, pack size, ingredients and usage information carefully before placing an order.

1. No returns or exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, duplicate orders, personal preference, taste, smell, texture, perceived results, or because a product is no longer wanted. This applies to sealed, opened and used products. Products that have been opened, used, tampered with or partially consumed cannot be returned for resale.

2. Damaged, leaking, missing or incorrect products

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, tampered with, contains the wrong product, or is missing an item from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review verified claims and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement of the affected product at no additional product cost.

A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for these claims. To help us verify the issue, the video must:

  • Begin before the outer shipping package is opened.
  • Clearly show the sealed parcel and readable shipping label or order/AWB details.
  • Show the parcel being opened in one continuous recording, without cuts, pauses or edits.
  • Clearly show all items received and the damage, leakage, missing item or incorrect product.

Please also provide your order number and clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label and affected product. Claims submitted without the required video or after 48 hours may not be eligible for a replacement, subject to applicable consumer law.

3. How to report an issue

  1. Email brijnathayurved@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, the required unboxing video and clear photographs.
  3. Please wait for written instructions from our team. Do not send any product back unless we specifically authorise it.

We will review the information and contact you about the outcome. If a claim is verified, our preferred resolution is a replacement of the affected item, subject to availability and applicable law. If a replacement is unavailable or a refund is required by applicable law, we will inform you of the available resolution and process it as required.

4. What is not covered

  • Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
  • Damage caused after delivery, misuse, improper storage or handling by the customer.
  • Products opened or used where the concern is a change of mind, personal preference or expected results.
  • Claims that do not provide sufficient information or the required unboxing video, subject to applicable law.
  • Orders placed with an incorrect address or contact details supplied by the customer, or delivery attempts missed by the recipient, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at brijnathayurved@gmail.com. A cancellation can be considered only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through this policy. Any cancellation or refund entitlement required by applicable law will be honoured.

6. Refunds

We do not offer discretionary refunds for change of mind, customer ordering errors or other non-eligible reasons. Refunds are considered only where required by applicable law or where our team confirms that a refund is the appropriate resolution for a verified issue. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method where possible; bank or payment-provider timelines may vary. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request the details needed to make an eligible refund by bank transfer or UPI.
