Shipping charge

Orders up to ₹399 carry a ₹99 shipping charge. Orders of ₹399 or more qualify for free shipping within India, subject to the shipping rules shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed after successful payment confirmation and address verification. Dispatch and delivery timelines vary by destination, courier availability, holidays, weather and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please provide a complete and accurate Indian delivery address and a reachable phone number. If delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated delivery failure, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping or re-dispatch costs may apply.

Damaged or tampered parcels

Please inspect the parcel at delivery. If it is visibly damaged or appears tampered with, document the condition and contact us promptly at brijnathayurved@gmail.com. Please retain the outer packaging and provide photographs and an unboxing video where available.
