Brijnath Ayurved currently ships within India only.

1. Shipping charges

• Orders below ₹399: ₹99 shipping charge.

• Orders of ₹399 and above: Free shipping.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

2. Order processing and delivery

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and verification of the delivery details, where applicable. Dispatch and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, holidays, weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please provide a complete Indian delivery address and a reachable phone number. If delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept a parcel, additional shipping or re-dispatch costs may apply where permitted by law.

Where courier tracking is available, tracking details or shipping updates will be shared through the contact information provided with your order.

3. Damaged, leaking or incorrect deliveries

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, leaking, tampered with, contains an incorrect product or is missing an item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number, clear photographs and a continuous, unedited unboxing video beginning before the parcel is opened. Retain the packaging and do not return products unless our team authorises it.

We will review verified claims and provide an appropriate resolution, subject to applicable law.

4. International shipping

International shipping is currently not offered. Orders are accepted for delivery within India only.
